Zibibbo Macerato

Our first vintage of this wine is one we have dreamed of for a long time. The venerable Sicilian Zibibbo spends 5 days on the skins offering its aromatics a chance to unfurl into notes of figs, apricot and candied orange peel. All whilst imparting a slight sense of grip to the mouthfeel. The wine is aged for 9 months in steel after maceration to retain the Zibibbo’s floral nose providing an air of freshness.
