Slovenian orange wine made on Welschriesling. The nose offers notes of black pepper and stone fruits, like peaches. This wine has seen 28 days of maceration which is felt as it has prominent tannins. The acidity is refreshing and crisp but without dominating. All of this makes it an ideal food pairing, especially for spicy and medium heavy food.
