Continuing our close collaboration with Copenhagen based Delphine, we chose a fresh and clean white wine made near the Mediterranean city of Malaga. Perfect for Delphine, where they let the art and culture of the Mediterranean permeate the food and atmosphere in a familiar and unpretentious way in large bright rooms with impressively high ceilings and room to stretch out your arms.

Delphine & Domaine VSN commissioned illustrator Jody Barton with a play on the name Delphine. Most people think of Delphine as a Dolphin and not the name, hence the brief said think Flipper, cartoon, kitsch and all inclusive. And before we know it “Aleta” was born meaning flipper in Spanish.
