Samaretta: Samaretta is a full-bodied red wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. It is unmistakably Cab with its notes of dark berries and a heavy hint of marcipan! The tannins are present but not too crazy. Goes really well with stews, roasts and Danish Christmas dinners. 

Assolato: This is our second vintage of Assolato and one which couldn’t have returned soon enough. Made on 100% Cataratto from 40 year old vines less than 10km inland which give the wine a complexity often overlooked in the grape. What really makes this stand out from the crowd though, is that the grapes go through carbonic maceration before spending 9 days on the skins. In doing so Vincenzo elevates the Cataratto to new levels both texture and taste-wise. Richer honeyed notes from the old vines are present which are picked up by the slight salinity offered by Viteadovest’s terroir. All driven by a backbone of citrus, moving from lemon into more interesting notes of lime zest and pith.
