Kolfok Grüner Veltliner

This one quickly became a staff favourite. A bit of oak, on lees and not destemmed before press. Very refreshing Grüner with a lovely volatile acidity, and a creamy mouthfeel. Smells a bit like a riesling on the nose, but has more of a Grüner vibe in the mouth. Not too funky, but still vibrant and lively. Super well made. Don't share with your friends unless they really deserve it.
