Made from the Mtsvane grape, an ancient Georgian variety, this white wine is a true representation of the country's winemaking tradition. Fermented and aged in qvevri for 5-6 months, the wine acquires a beautiful orange color and a textural complexity that is both intriguing and enjoyable. On the nose, the wine offers notes of dried apricot, peach, and honey, while the palate is dominated by flavors of orange zest, quince, and a hint of cinnamon.
