Sichuan Paste by Et Cetera

The Sichuan paste is an all-around condiment. It is also the seasoning base for the Et Cetera peanut sauce. The paste can be used to season anything from your eggs, fried rice, noodles, chicken or as a base.

Ingredients: Oil, shallots, garlic, chili, salt, star anis, sichuan pepper, cinnamon, soy*, sesame seeds, vinegar, MSG

Stir well before use.

Keep refrigerated after opened.
